    CURBSIDE PICKUP:
    Curbside Pickup is 100% contactless. You will receive an email indicating "ORDER IS READY". Do not come to the office before you receive this notice.

 

Payment 
    • Payment method
      We accept most major credit(Visa, Master, AMEX, Discover) and debit(Visa, Master) cards via our payment processor, Stripe as well as PayPal. We will send an order confirmation e-mail containing the receipt details.

    • Refunds
      We will refund via our payment processor, Stripe or Paypal. You will receive the refund into your account approximately 5-7 business days after the refund initiated.

     

    Returns & Exchanges

    1. Items must be in original selling condition (new, unused and unwashed) and in its original packaging to be considered for return.

    2. Any returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for a return. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.

    3. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

    4. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your package. 

    5. Special order (pre-order, custom order etc.) or made to order will not be eligible for refunds.

    6. Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.

    7. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. 

    8. Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale.
