CURBSIDE PICKUP:
Curbside Pickup is 100% contactless. You will receive an email indicating "ORDER IS READY". Do not come to the office before you receive this notice.
Payment
- Payment method
We accept most major credit(Visa, Master, AMEX, Discover) and debit(Visa, Master) cards via our payment processor, Stripe as well as PayPal. We will send an order confirmation e-mail containing the receipt details.
- Refunds
We will refund via our payment processor, Stripe or Paypal. You will receive the refund into your account approximately 5-7 business days after the refund initiated.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original selling condition (new, unused and unwashed) and in its original packaging to be considered for return.
- Any returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted for a return. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your package.
- Special order (pre-order, custom order etc.) or made to order will not be eligible for refunds.
- Clearance items are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
- Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale.
